Hi, I am searching for a new roommate in a beautiful apartment in central Eindhoven. The apartment is located south of Stratum and close to the city center. With the bike, you are in 3 minutes in the city center, 11 minutes in Strijp-S, or 8 minutes in the university. Moreover, Jumbo and Albert Heijn are close as well. The apartment is already furnished, and most of it belongs to the apartment itself. It also includes a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. Your future room already has a bed and two nightstands (a closet is not included). Besides having a big kitchen, we also have a spacious living room and a nice balcony facing south. The utility costs are currently 184€, which makes the total rent for the room 1044€. However, we could maybe switch providers to save a bit of money. Additionally, my current roommate paid the deposit, and we might take over the deposit of a one-month rent that we could easily split.I am searching for a clean, open, and cheerful roommate. However, I also like to stay home in bed and watch a series from time to time. Another important point is that I will have to move to Paris next year as part of a being in special PhD consortium.
